Looked up a recipe for it, bought the egg powder, tried making it myself. In a blender, they whipped this up to a light foam consistency. I really miss the Iced Caramel Cloud Macchiato. Starbucks in Canada and US just launched their new Cloud Macchiato beverages featuring whipped cold foam made by combining 2% milk with Cloud Powder and a hint of flavour.
